デロイト トーマツ サイバー合同会社における多国籍サイバーセキュリティサービスチーム (MCS) は、日本と世界の架け橋となり、業界をリードするセキュリティサービスをご提供しています。多文化・多言語のプロジェクトの提供を専門とする、経験豊富なサイバーセキュリティ専門家のチームの一員として、以下の業務を中心に従事いただきます。

■管理業務
・多数の契約やプロジェクトをリードし、取締役またはパートナーへ報告
・契約提案書作成を主導し、クライアントとの最初の接触からプロジェクトの開始まで、必要なすべての内部プロセスを管理
・プロジェクトレポートおよびその他の成果物の作成を管理し、上位者による品質レビュー前に最高品質の成果物を完成
・割り当てられた時間と予算内での契約を実行

■その他
・契約期間を通じて、クライアントおよびクライアントの信頼できるアドバイザーとして行動
・すべてのセクターにおけるサイバーセキュリティサービスの市場開拓に貢献し、販売機会を特定したうえで、それを上級管理職に共有
・既存のMCSチームの発展に貢献し、チームの若手メンバーのメンターおよびコーチとして行動し、模範を提示
・サイバーセキュリティに関する最新の思想的リーダーシップ、業界研究、マーケティング資料の作成への貢献

Deloitte Tohmatsu Cyber's Multinational Cybersecurity Services (MCS) Team provides industry-leading security services that bridge the gap between Japan and the rest of the world. We are a team of experienced cybersecurity professionals who specialize in delivering multicultural, multilingual projects. As part of the team, you will:
・Lead a portfolio of engagements and projects with our clients reporting to a Director or Partner
・Lead the creation of engagement proposals and manage all necessary internal processes from initial contact with the client to project kick-off
・Manage the creation of project reports and other work products ensuring the highest quality before the final review by leadership
・Ensure the execution of engagements within the allotted time and budget
・Act as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout the engagement
・Contribute to developing the market for cybersecurity services across all sectors, identifying sales opportunities and highlighting them to senior management
・Contribute to the development of the MCS team by acting as mentor and coach to junior members and leading by example
・Contribute to the latest thought-leadership, industry research, and creation of marketing publications related to cybersecurity

必要業務経験

［必須要件］
・コンサルティング経験
・プロジェクト管理経験
・英語と日本語の能力（ビジネスレベル以上）
・サイバーセキュリティに関する実務経験
・プロジェクトの成果を経営層に報告した経験
・国際的な職場環境でチームプレーヤーとして活躍する能力
・クライアントまたは社内プロジェクトの成功を実証する力
・自主性を持ち、自ら進んで仕事に取り組む姿勢

[あると望ましい要件]
・チーム管理の経験
・関連するサイバーセキュリティの枠組みと規制(NIST CSF、ISO27001、CSAなど)に関する知識
・関連するセキュリティ資格(例:CISSP、CISAなど)

・Prior consulting experience
・Experience with project management
・English and Japanese language capability
・Practical experience in the field of cybersecurity
・Experience with presenting project results to management
・Ability to perform as a team player in an international work environment

・Able to work independently, flexible mind-set and self-motivated

[Desirable Experience]
・Experience with managing a team
・Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO27000, CSA, etc.)
・Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, etc.)
