仕事内容

モデリング専門チームの一員として、「M&Aトランザクション」、「事業計画策定」、「キャッシュフローマネジメント」等の様々な局面において、モデル構築及びモデルレビュー業務を通じてクライアントを支援いただきます。

Candidates will work within our dedicated Modelling team, which assists clients by developing or reviewing models in a variety of situations, such as M&A transactions, business planning, cash flow management etc.

Manager, Senior Associate, Associateで採用された方々は『Deals Execution Team（DET）』への配属となります。
Dealsでは、社会におけるValue Creationを図ることをVisionとしており、Visionを達成するには高い専門性だけではなく、
経営に関する重要な課題に関して広く知見を有することが重要と考えています。

必要業務経験

- プロジェクトファイナンス、事業計画策定、M&Aアドバイザリー等の場面におけるモデリング関連業務の経験（Manager以上）
- 基礎的な会計/ファイナンスの知識。CPA、CFA保持者、あるいは同等の資格保持者歓迎
- 一定の数学的センス
- 連結財務諸表の目的と構造及びファイナンスの仕組みについての理解並びに一定のビジネス知識
- バリュエーションの基礎知識 （例：時間的価値の概念、コーポレートファイナンスの概念、等）（必須ではないが、望ましい）

PwC Japan's Modelling & Data Analytics team was founded in October 2011 and has since grown to over 20 modellers. We are specialists in modelling for M&A and infrastructure projects, but are increasingly building financial models
for other purposes such as post-deal performance monitoring, strategy development and business planning, and portfolio analysis. We are closely connected with PwC's global Deals Modelling team, which creates opportunities for
secondments for our professional modellers. Traditionally, our biggest industry sector has been energy, utilities and infrastructure (including renewable power and airports), although we cover all sectors and have a wide range of
industry experience. Our typical daily work includes understanding the key drivers of businesses, building financial models and reviewing models built by other team members or our clients, and explaining models to our clients. We
often undertake analysis of financial and non-financial data, particularly in the retail and consumer sector, to identify actionable insights for our clients by building data models and creating dashboards to visualize performance.
Increasingly, this involves statistical modelling and more sophisticated data analytics.
